Return Policy

We want you to love your PeVa Designs purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help make it right within the guidelines below.

Eligibility

Because every item is printed on demand specifically for you, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds & Replacements

Approved claims will receive a full refund to the original payment method or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through normal wear or improper care are not eligible for return.
